I’ve always been a builder.

Whether it was a business, a career, a relationship, or even a vision for a new opportunity — I’ve spent my adult life creating something out of nothing. It’s not always easy work, but it’s deeply satisfying. Over time, that “builder’s mindset” becomes second nature. You start to see the world differently. Every challenge becomes an opportunity. Every obstacle makes you ask, Can I make this better? Can I add value here? Can I create something that solves this problem?

That’s exactly how Cofield Property Management was born.

Seeing a Need — and Building a Solution

Not long ago, we had a few of our own real estate clients who found themselves in a tricky spot. They owned homes they weren’t quite ready to sell, but needed to move. Naturally, the next step was to explore property management options.

The problem? We had never had great experiences with traditional property management companies — and our clients hadn’t either. Communication was often lacking, service felt impersonal, and owners were left feeling like just another account in the system.
