CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

Elaina Walzel

Justin Cofield was an absolute lifesaver for my fiancé and I during our search for a rental home! We were starting to lose hope of finding a house within our price range, but Justin came through for us. His professionalism, dedication and knowledge of his job made the entire process so much easier, and we couldn't be more grateful for his help. When we are ready to buy a house in Austin, Justin will absolutely be our first call!

Linda Bostian49

Justin did a fantastic job with us. He located houses and property, set up times to view them, kept a watch on possible problems such as roof, soil, near by houses, power lines etc., he was timely, knowledgeable about the different areas and legal issues such as taxes. He was articulate, relaxed, patient, sensitive. He is also a lot of fun. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

Shellie Cleveland

Justin Cofield is a fantastic realtor and I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property in central Texas. He helped us sell two older homes in South Austin that had not been updated. His expertise and knowledge were critical in the timing and the pricing of the listings. He was a great negotiator and he helped us navigate every step of the process. He was also easy to work with and he answered all our many questions with patience and kindness. He is a man of integrity and it showed in all his dealings with other agents and buyers, as well as with us.
