There are about to be 600 new homes for sale in Dripping Springs, Texas starting at under $500k!!

The Heritage Community is a brand new neighborhood being built out just north of downtown Dripping Springs. Builders include MI Homes and Tripointe Homes. I went for a tour today and was able to walk through the model for Tripointe Homes. They will be offering 20 different plans, some starting in the mid $400s. This neighborhood brings some much needed affordability to the Dripping Springs area, as well as close proximity to Dripping Springs High School, Dripping Springs Elementary, HEB and many other amenities in the downtown hub of Dripping Springs.
