300 Homes Coming to Dripping Springs
The Dripping Springs City Council overwhelmingly approved to annex and rezone a 97-acre property that will develop into a new community called Gateway Village. This development is located on the north side of 290 east of downtown Dripping Springs.
Dripping Springs population has exploded over the past few years. In July 2021 the city's population was 5,787, a 224% increase from 2010.
