He located houses and property, set up times to view them, kept a watch on possible problems such as roof, soil, near by houses, power lines etc., he was timely, knowledgeable about the different areas and legal issues such as taxes. He was articulate, relaxed, patient, sensitive. He is also a lot of fun. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.
